Our History:

Interchange International South Africa, a subsidiary of Interchange USA, was founded in 1992 and is now represented in all the major centers of the country. 

Interchange is a Change Consultancy that provides a professional training and development service to all individuals in the corporate world.  Change is an ever-increasing challenge facing South African businesses and people are typically unequipped to deal effectively with the process.  Our training workshops empower people with the knowledge and skills required to “take charge of change” positively and productively. Change does not happen without leadership and so we also focus on releasing the leadership ability within each individual. We strongly support the belief that:
"A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way". 

One of our competitive advantages is the unique focus we place on “the individual” which is often overlooked in large scale organizational change.  The individual is the key to success in change because until you change hearts and minds, nothing really changes.  Our other competitive advantage is the way we carefully tailor-make our products and processes to meet the specific needs of our clients. 

Our target market is corporate business and we have always successfully built meaningful, long lasting relationships with a few committed companies.
